Truck Dispatching Dashboard is a local-first Chrome extension. Your dispatch data (carriers, loads, drivers, trucks, invoices, expenses) is stored in your own browser using chrome.storage.local. We do not run analytics, we show no ads, and we do not sell your data — to anyone, ever.
Everything you enter in the dashboard is saved in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage + unlimitedStorage). It never leaves your device unless you turn on one of the optional features below. Uninstalling the extension deletes this data. Settings → Clear all data wipes it at any time.
If you configure a sync server (your own Cloudflare Worker URL + API key in Settings), the extension uploads an HTTPS snapshot of your dispatch data so team members can share one workspace. Secrets are scrubbed before sync: API keys, OAuth tokens, and license credentials stored in your browser are never uploaded — only the admin's browser holds them. Team member passwords are hashed with PBKDF2 (salted) on the server and never stored or transmitted in plain text.
The extension can add "Send to Dispatch" buttons and MC badges on DAT One (*.dat.com) and Truckstop.com (*.truckstop.com) load-search pages — only after you explicitly grant permission (these are optional host permissions; the extension installs and works without them). When used, the extension reads the load row you clicked (origin, destination, rate, broker contact, MC number) to create a load in your dashboard. No browsing history is collected.

Each service's own privacy policy applies to data it receives. The extension never shares your data with any other third party.

This is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes materially, the extension's in-app Help → changelog will note it, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
