Tell us which plan you need — Starter (USDOT search + exports), Professional (adds MC search, newest-carrier discovery, AI tools), Elite (adds watchlist monitoring), or Team (multi-seat).

No. There is no signup, no login, and no password. On first run your device generates a random anonymous ID (stored only on your device) so your saved loads and watchlist stay private to you.

Work through this list: (1) open the toolbar popup and make sure the master toggle is ON; (2) check the board toggle for the site you're on is enabled; (3) confirm you're on a supported board — DAT One, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, Direct Freight, or Trucker Path; (4) refresh the page after changing any setting. If badges still don't show, try disabling other extensions that modify the same pages.

The extension is strictly read-only: it never logs into load boards, never clicks, posts, messages, or books anything, and performs no automation on your behalf. It only reads the pages you already have open in your own browser — so there is nothing for a platform to flag as bot activity, and your account credentials are never touched.

SAFER USDOT Extractor sends your license key and device ID for activation (roughly every 24 hours), search counts for plan limits, and snapshots of data you typed yourself (loads, trucks, drivers, brokers). Load Board Fraud Lens registers an anonymous device ID, caches public FMCSA broker records, and syncs your private saved loads — raw load-board page content is never collected or transmitted. Uninstalling an extension deletes everything stored on your device. To delete records held on our server (licensing/usage records, or Fraud Lens saved loads), email aamirtechsdotcom@gmail.com — for Fraud Lens, include your anonymous device ID, shown in the side panel footer, so we find the right records.

Email aamirtechsdotcom@gmail.com with the broker's MC number, which load board you saw it on, and a screenshot if you can. Remember: badges show risk signals with cited evidence — never verdicts — and the extension never labels any broker. Always verify the linked public FMCSA record before calling.
